The space
Orchard Cottage is nestled in secluded Middle Park, three acres overlooking the ancient woodland Sibton Wood in the heart of the Kent Downs, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The luxury amenities are all brand new. The cottage is comprised of two bedrooms, a bathroom with an extra large soaking tub for a luxurious rest, a full kitchen with washer / drier and half dishwasher, underfloor heating throughout and super fast internet speeds via Starlink.

The views are spectacular from Orchard, and there is a very peaceful feel to the property.
Guest access
The property hosts three small bungalows, and there is shared parking. Each property has its own area with dining / outdoor seating. There are picnic spots further down in the 2 acres of shared space in the wild flower meadow.
