The space
Palm Cottage is nestled in secluded Middle Park, three acres overlooking the ancient woodland Sibton Forest in the heart of the Kent Downs, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The newly renovated barn conversion is comprised of two bedrooms, a bathroom with an extra large soaking tub for a luxurious rest, and open plan living space. The kitchen comes with half dishwasher, wine fridge, washer / drier. The property has underfloor heating throughout.

Each bedroom and the sitting room have a television.

The internet is StarLink, delivering an incredibly fast connection, a rarity in the countryside.

Private secluded parking is provided.

Across the lane are over 500 acres of waking trails in protected woodland.

Neighborhood overview
Palm Cottage is situated in Middle Park which is comprised of two other cottages - Orchard Cottage and Magnolia Cottage. All three properties sit on three private acres abutting acres of farmland and horse fields as well as 1000 acres of woodland.

Just a 10 minute drive from the coast, wonderful beaches in and coastal walks await!

The setting is serene, private, and while just minutes from the M20 and the Channel Tunnel it feels like a rural paradise to get lost in.
Getting around
The property is a 15 minute taxi ride from Ashford International Station, 20 minutes from Canterbury. We can provide taxi service recommendations upon request.
